We can walk you through the process of opening up your new eatery or store, from creating full sets of Architectural plans, including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing plans to getting them approved by the city and county. We work with such agencies as Local Environmental Health Departments, local City and County Building & Safety Departments, local Waste Departments, Fire Departments, Planning Departments and many others. We work on issuing Permits, Variances, Specific Plans and other Planning Department submittals.

Our team has wide range of experience in obtaining ABC licenses as well as getting Conditional Use Permits. 

We have experience in working with Los Angeles County, Riverside County, Orange County, Oceanside County, Kern County.
